As a former coach, I hated when others coached like this. Respect the game and coach the kids properly. If you need to do something like this to win, you don’t belong in the game

She's like, "Coach wtf I did it just the way you told me!" You said that would work?!🤯

Love this call, and the clarity it was made with.

Yes, the umpire was correct. That is called interference

No normal batter brings back the bunt like that unintentionally. Its not even a natural movement in ball. Absolutely correct call, if not ejection.

man the coach needs a parking lot conversation. I played for a coach that wouldn't let us even taunt the other team while they batted. he said he wasn't teaching young men to be punks.

Imagine who is teaching that level of sportsmanship.

Saw that move in a high school softball game, just two days ago. The batter took such a huge, and obvious, backswing, that she actually hit the umpire (the catcher had seen her move last year, and ducked the bat.) The umpire threw her out of the game, and told her coach that if there was anymore moves like that from ANY of his players, the team would forfeit, AND there would be ANOTHER report to the state DOE. I heard one of the parents say that the team has several players that do that, AND stomping ankles as they run by a fielder.

The batter is the type of player you refer to as an "asshole". They are out there. The ump dealt with the situation like an expert.

Good referees/Umpires really make all the difference. We all want sports to be played fairly.

Clearer than water... batter knew what she was doing and gets surprised when she's called out

That "thank you" is brutal. Someone has to listen to that every day.

She was definitely “WTF’ing” to the coach that told her to do it!!!

Many years ago, I used to umpire. If I were doing a game where the batter did something that blatant, it would be an ejection as well.

Good call the ref made. Parents and coaches can get mad all they want too, but that’s a good call.

She didn't do this on her own; her coach told her.

scary thing is how well she was taught at this age to "hide" it.

no sport or level of sport is safe from shady people. whoever taught this girl should be ashamed. family member, coach, whoever. disgusting. thats a child.
