A few years ago I was going to end my life. I made my plan, left a note for my family, and said my goodbyes in ways that would draw as little attention as possible. During the fifteen minute drive to place where I was going to do the deed This is the Time just so happened to play on my suggested playlist. I fell in love with it instantly. I listened to as much of your music as I could get my hands on. The fifteen minute drive turned into three hours as I drove around and just listened to you guys. For the first time, in what felt like ages, I was genuinely excited about something. I wanted to hear more, see you guys grow as artists, and maybe even one day see you onstage. That was all that I needed. The one small light at the end of the dark tunnel that I had been in. One thing to grasp on to and pull myself out. I didn't go through with my plans. I went home and never spoke of it to anyone. To this day, I have never told anyone about this and nobody knows except me. I just wanted you guys to know that you genuinely saved my life that night. Love you guys and keep kicking ass!!

This album was like taking all the best parts of the self titled and The Few Not Fleeting and cranking the emotion up to 11. The work put into Spirits shows and it was well worth the 5 year wait 🖤

I lost my sister in july at 45 years old. Everytime i hear this song I cry because truer words cant be spoken, i will always remember her and whats left in my heart, are the best times, the best times... Thank you Nothing More. 😢❤

This talks deeply to me. I feel it's about when you were 17 and the air was clearer. The food was delicious. Love was normal. The grass was greener. Before social media. Now it's just all fucked. Everyone is depressed and waiting for happiness like it'll just come back to us. Time slips from us so much faster. It's darker outside even in the daylight. I want to bring the best times back.
