The “Meat” is actually most likely the exact same stuff that figure is made out of. It’s the same color, it only shows up after door 50, and figure seems to come out of it in door 100.

I thought the “mystery meat” was rotting flesh from victims that the Figure presumably killed.
I don’t really think that the piles of flesh are the Figure itself, more likely rotting corpses especially considering the claw marks and the fallen furniture… but that’s just me 🤷‍♀️
