How To Make Turkish Ice Cream 🍦🍨 All Natural & Creamy

Ingredients for Turkish ice cream:
For "Sade dondurma" plain vanilla ice cream:
1+1/2 liter whole milk (you can use 500 of it goat milk if you like as we do traditionally)
1 cup or little less sugar
1+1/2 tsp sahlep powder (or use 1+1/2 tbsp starch, mixed with a bit of milk until no lumps and runny)
1 vanilla ods or vanilla extract
100-200ml heavy cream (up to you)

For the Chocolate Cacao Ice Cream:
1+1/2 liter whole milk
1 cup more or less sugar
3 heaped tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp sahlep + 1tbsp starch or 2 tbsp starch
100gr. more or less bitter sweet chocolate (I chopped with knife)
2-3 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
