I want Goten to really master this form. Two versions. Mastered SSJ3 from like Gohan and Goku just before perfect cell and Evolved SSJ3 like Vegeta's blue evolved.

The problem was that SSJ3 used way too much energy too fast. He couldn't afford to goof around or let the fight drag on.

I like SS3 because Goku is most primal like in his first SS1 transform on Namek. If he actually was attuned to SS3 it would be so good, obviously not God tier, but could still be used to dispatch most not on God level easily.
