Iran To 'Punish' Israel For Syria Strike After April 12; Khamenei's Chilling Warning | Report

Israel's Channel 12 News reported that the IDF doesn't expect Iran to attack Israeli strategic or military assets until after April 12. The IDF is also prepared for an attack either from Iran's proxies, Tehran itself or even a multi-pronged assault. The reports come a day before Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, addressed a large crowd in Tehran and reiterated warnings about retaliation against Israel. Khamenei said that the 'evil regime had committed a mistake and should be punished.' He also criticised the West, particularly the U.S and the UK for backing Israel. This comes in the aftermath of the April 1 strikes on Iran's consulate building in Damascus, an attack which has been blamed on Israel. Watch.
