Militarily it’s not that easy for Israel to strike deep into Iran. Israel needs to take tanker planes over other country’s airspace to reach Iran’s nuclear facilities and those tankers need to be protected. Iran’s nuclear facilities are deep underground and therefore it’s very difficult to cause real damage.

I don’t say it’s impossible but it would be a very complex operation and not one without considerable risks
