1:13 Jesus, they should’ve used this logo when promoting the film! A lot of people don’t even know that this film is a follow up to Saturday Night Fever.

Yes! I am one of those who, like with Spielberg's 1941, Smokey and the Bandit Part 3, and even Rocky V, actually ENJOYS this movie! Thank you! Released 5 days before I was born!

G’day from Down Under, What an energetic teaser trailer. Staying Alive is an underrated, often misunderstood film. Travolta is at his peak and Sylvester Stallone did a solid job of the direction. Also, kudos to Frank Stallone, who truly nailed the song! Stay Gold, Australia’s Retro Man.

This movie was absolute cheese but I loved the soundtrack. My mom got it from the Columbia House Record Club and I played it more than she did! Lol

To think this is a direct sequel to Saturday Night Fever and directed by Sylvester Stallone.

This abomination is the most worst performing film of the years box-office of ‘83 by earning a 0% on a shoestring budget of over $22K, even though film critic of The Chicago Sun-Times Robert Ebert called out the dance numbers, “Laughably gauche!” as he added the film lacked the quality of Saturday Night Fever due to less Brooklyn eccentricity. To be honest, I saw this film as I thought Stallone did a great job of making this sequel as he helped out with Norman Wexler on the screenplay for Paramount to produce with Stigwood and himself.
