Zyzz got me and my little brother into bodybuilding three years ago. We would always argue who was zyzz and who was chestbrah. He recently passed away at the age of 18. I guess he was right, he was zyzz. For him I give it all I have every time I'm in the gym. I'm going to make him proud.

I used to train next to Zyzz at Carlingford, Fitness First, years ago. I knew he'd passed, but never knew he had such a huge following online until videos about him popped up in my feed. He trained super hard. It didn't matter what day I went, he was nearly always there, having a good time lifting.

I discovered this guy's existence about a week ago, and i almost cried by the end of this video. There was something about this guy, something that seemed so pure and transparent, he did inspire so many people, no wonder why. Now that he's dead, he still inspires people out there that stumble upon this videos of him, just like me. There was something about him, charisma, his way of having fun and not giving a fuck. I wish I could of meet him, to thank him. He has changed my life in ways I can't explain, I let my social anxiety cripple me, to the point where my body or mind didn't truly represent me as a person. Then I seen Zyzz, he made me realise how much I was missing out on, I wouldn't go to the gym, go out, literally the anxiety stopped me. Zyzz made me realise that I can't live my life any longer like this. Now I'm different; people don't even recognise me anymore, my body has changed, everything. I'm a new person and it's all because of Zyzz. R.I.P Zyzz, Thank you.
