I am a professional diver. I inspect and repair insanely large ships underwater Rolex kind of disappoints me here one day I woke up, and I was like I would love to have a seadweller so I started looking. Now realizing that everybody marks them up like crazy I guess it’s the business, but I really wanted to put one to the test. Rolex why can’t you just sell these to people. Or how about this take the prices off your website

Looks better then the old one IMHO and fits better to the Professional Lineup (with the more Sub Like Case and Oyster Folding Sec. Clasp). Also the '0' added in front of 5 makes dial more symetric and the lume instead of only whitegold in the 3, 6, 9 is also better. I like it a lot and will go for one!!!

There was no need to change the 5 to 05 it was fine as it was. Yes, it was unsymmetrical but 5 is better distinguishable than 05 at a quick glance for time reading. You never see 01 on a watch face that reads 1-12, no symmetry needed, or go another way and look at Roman Numerals and the watch makers IIII. The mighty Rolex did not need to bow to all the trolls and I believe the old model is better looking than the new one. Still a cool piece though I may add one to my collection one day.

I like the strategy - make it newer but the same…. All the scum that just hunt models to be discontinued start to lose both interest and money

I have the simpler ref 114200, no compelling reason to change. Personally the mixed hours and minutes is a stylistic oddity I cannot accept. I do like the crown guards, but the rest is not to my taste.
