Reading Royals' body language during extraordinary Queen's coffin procession | Palace Confidential. Another extraordinary occasion of mourning for the Queen brought the Royal Family back together in Westminster Hall yesterday. The occasion was also revealing in the body language between the senior female Royals, says the Daily Mail’s Royal Editor Rebecca English. ‘You couldn’t help but notice it from where we were standing. You could see that Camilla, Kate and Sophie were together and the body language was very comfortable between them. But then there was Meghan and you could have almost fitted somebody else in that space,’ she tells our royal talk show Palace Confidential. ‘Even if you didn’t know what we all know that has happened over the last few years, you’d have turned up and thought “that looks a bit odd, there’s something slightly wrong here.”’

I am beginning to wonder why so many people think that all that is needed is a hug and a kiss and all will be forgiven and go back to the way things were. They cannot. A paradigm shift has happened. Prince William cannot begin to trust Harry and certainly I would think no one can feel comfortable around Meghan. With so many proveable lies told, and no apologies having been made, how can anyone expect an instant reconciliation just because you happen to march in a funeral procession together, in an order dictated to you. Come on!

I hate to say it this time, but please stop including Mehgan in any tributes. She married Harry in May 2018 - then left the royal family of her own accord in 2020. Less than two years, and she now wants to be depicted in the press as a grieving member of the royal family... When in fact no other person has ever done so much harm to the royal family - the Oprah TV interview, smaller barbs against the RF over the years, The Cut interview and her own podcasts; never mentioning names to back up her claims (never any proof) Both Harry and Meghan need to hang their heads in shame and leave the UK quickly and quietly after our Queens funeral. They tried to bring shame to our royal family and therefore in my eyes they are no longer members of our Royal Family.

As someone (and I'm sure there are millions like me) who has been deeply hurt by their families, I think this notion of mending fences or whatever euphemism you want to use is actually harmful. Harry has betrayed his family's trust in him and to imply that they ought to all forgive and forget is like telling someone to go back to an abusive spouse.

Please mention the Duke of Kent, he has been there for her always, but more so since Prince Phillip passed. His sense of duty & his paying his final show of deep respect for his cousin The Queen. Watching him walk behind her coffin & he look liked he was really struggling but determined to be there for HER for this his last time.

This American Grandmother so admires and respects the lovely Catherine, The Princess of Wales. In deep mourning, she was there to comfort the people during her walkabouts not to be comforted. I admire her dignity and grace while having the intrusion of a woman that caused the Queen and her family so much pain and heartache. Her fortitude doing an engagement with the cruel Narcissist that deeply hurt her tiny daughter more than once. Her composure being in the presence of the viciously vindictive and rabidly jealous woman who certainly shortened the days of a loving Grandmother on this earth was remarkable. The sad and shattered Princess had to walk in the shadow of shame of a brother in law she had loved and supported who had once called her "the Sister he never had". She and her Prince maintained an air of dignified sadness which was blighted by the petting and pawing of the other couple. The lasting legacy the Narcissist paid to the Queen and loving Grandmother will forever be " I didn't sign a NDA and I will say what I want." While Catherine shares her warmth to console the people, she has 3 young and tender hearts at home which she must guide through the various stages of grief. I give the lovely Catherine my love and respect. She already is an extraordinary Princess of Wales and will make a remarkable Queen. 💜
