In 2018 I started doing yoga in rehab, I fell in love with it, it helped me get in shape and have great posture it was just nice telling people that I did yoga. Then I got to the intermediate level and there was a 45 minute meditation and my SPIRIT felt veryyyy uncomfortable. And also the director wanted us to do the thumb to first finger with palms up. I already knew that was the 666 symbol and was convicted that there was something deeply wrong with what my body was doing and felt my spirit greatly agitated. This video is 100 percent truth! My Christian aunt did yoga with meditation and had a vision of her front door opening and a dark spirit coming in and flying with alarming speed through her house and out the back door. She awoke with a jump and was shaking. She said it was a clear warning from God that this was opening the door for demons to enter her and home. She loves working out and stays far away from yoga, and warns others about her experience too.

I’m a Christian who does Yoga. It is simply stretching to me. Things are what your intentions are behind it. If an instructor says to meditate or something about higher power I am ALWAYS praying to Jesus and being grateful for my health and life. At no point am I thinking of any bad - I literally feel joyful and at peace with Gods comfort during class. Poses are stretches and improvement to my mind and body through Christ. Never am I worshiping entities or demons.

This is true. I'm an ex yoga teacher and have repented. It was a huge unplugging and alot of demonic attacks. Do not go there. Jesus is Lord

If yoga means yoke then it can lead to opening a door to something that we do not want and have difficulty getting rid of. Don’t give the enemy the opportunity to enter your life

I have been doing Yoga for 25 years . I am 64 years old and I don't have health problems. I attend church every Sunday and never once I have any negative feelings. Anyway, Hindus didn't go around invading other countries. We all knew who invaded India, Africa and the Americas. Who killed millions and enslaved millions. Hitler and King Leopold were not yoga practitioners.

There is no word in the Bible that says you are not allowed to do yoga. The Bible even tells you to be physically fit. If you approach Yoga with that mentality, that’s all that matters. Doing these yoga poses has kept my body, young and healthy and resilient, because God led me to that. He’s got didn’t want me to do it he wouldn’t allow me to do it, or he would convict me and many others who just approach it from a fitness angle.

I completely agree with this. Before I became Christian, I was Wiccan, and God set me free from divination. So, there are A LOT of things Christians do that I CANNOT do because of what God freed me from. I began working at a spa, and immediately quit when I learned that new services we offered were yoga, reiki, tuning forks, sound/singing bowls, etc; and I was like, "Nope!!! I'm gone"

100%! I had to request my 5th grader sit out from gym during their yoga unit.
