I love physical exercise & practised ballet & gymnastics into adulthood. I utilised Pilates to stretch & work out any blocks in my body. A friend suggested yoga so I went along. Everyone was lovely, I was able to easily incorporate these exercises into my daily practice but it didn't sit well with me. I couldn't identify why, now I know. Thank you for this information. This is why I believe I was called to stop smoking. I was thinking about voodoo and worship of idols how they smoke tobacco as part of the ritual worship and it made me wonder about how I was so addicted to it. I believed I was called to stop because it was rooted in evil. ❤ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. It wasn’t easy but praise God I finally stopped.

Yes yoga seems strange, but folks keep stretching and working out it's extremely good for you. If you're praying to our Father while strengthening your temple then the demonic can't mess with you and your spirit...

I’m officially stopping yoga. Now that I think about it does feel bad, I hurt myself learning poses as well. A lot of the poses are sexual or called animal names. Glad I found this. Yahweh please forgive me for my sins.
