Bass boost mode1 is for deep bass below 60 hz, while mode2 boosts above 100hz which is upper bass. You said the opposite.

Please don’t misguide. It doesn’t give 6hrs of backup. It hardly goes up to 5 hrs that too at 60% volume and lights off.
On full volume and lights on it hardly gives 2-2.5hrs of playback time.
