Take the ura mawashi or ushiro mawashi to next level by stretching your leg out sideways at the moment of impact combining ura mawashi Geri, ushiro mawash geri and soto geri. I call it my kenRA geri. Love the art of living golden master (Ushiro Shinobi)

great video guys, another important point: don't throw away your guard! if your kick doesn't hit and the situation is over, you're in an even worse defensive position. I always lightly pad my students on the head when they forget their guard.

The ura mawashi is invaluable for the "semi-contact / point fighting sytle". People just don't see it coming, scoring many many points with this. People see the "normal" mawashi geri coming.

Hello there. 🙋‍♂️This kick is fantastic.💁‍♂️ My city has a mixed karate style + self-defense karate. Sensey taught me a similar kick, but it was with a very sharp turn against the opponent and the kick was very strong because the knee rotated very quickly, there that strength. He have 6th Dan 🥋
