This shows that not only can this game be sometimes enjoying, but it shows that sometimes once in a while, you have to get away from the *absolute sadness* of this game. Most of this game was supposed to tell you that there will be no happy ending, but I love how they reframed from that with this little minigame right here. It is truly amazing how they don't have to focus on sadness. It would be a shame for there to only be anxiety and depression.

In order to make something, say, scary or otherwise horrifying, the best thing you can do is add contrast. That's why horror and comedy go so well together. The comedy calms you down and lets you recover to let the further horror hit as hard as it wants. That is this section, the amusment park, and the comic book are about.
