At 13:09 there is a cut, this is because I made a mistake with Black Swan’s kit and gave her credit for utility she did not have (thank you @ceizhore4498 for pointing it out).

Basically, I said Black Swan’s ult was a basic vulnerability debuff, when I ignored the fact that its only on the enemies turn. Now you CAN ult during the enemy’s turn to take advantage of this, but that’s an intricacy I had not considered when making this video.

I still agree with my ranking, although it is a lot closer than I made it out to be now that I have been corrected, but just wanted to pin the comment here to answer any confusion for the sudden cut in the video.

I think you’re misunderstanding Black Swan’s ultimate. It says “While afflicted with Epiphany, enemies take 25% increased DMG in THEIR turn” key word being THEIR. Which means this only affects DoT. This is not the same as vulnerable, thus means it’s not a universal debuff

Jiaoqiu is technically a dot character bc ashen roast is considered as a dot

need them to release an ACTUAL single target boss clearing so that silver wolf finds a solid place in the meta, she’s great but nothing favours her

Personally I’d say Jiaoqiu is on the same tier as bs and Acheron, the only reason he has a lower pull value is because he competes with Pela who is a 4 star option with an extremely good lc as well (Luka lc). So for most accounts that has an E6S5 Pela, Jiaoqiu wouldn’t be necessarily game changing. However, once you use him, there is no way you’ll go back to Pela because he does about everything she does better, with higher uptimes, and better personal damage. You might run them alongside each other in Acheron comps but you WILL feel the difference. He is also just about as flexible Pela but better in almost all teams. So yeah, he might be lower value as of now, but he is not a pull you will regret.

As a main Black Swan, what i most find weird that people says is that she NEEDS kafka, when is like... totally the opposite? Lol

She has her own damage, as the same time that makes her being able to be a sub dps in other teams where she can be necessary with her debuffs (she works pretty good with ratio and acheron for exemplo, while also having)

As the same time, in dot where she truly shines, her own explosions can be used outside of kafka, so like dont know, the comunity have strange takes without learning how some units works? (Like when saying jiaoqiu is trash when he is very strong)

Oof Luka is last… I agree definently with the ranking because the characters above him are def better but it’s hard to accept. I use him more as a sub dps honestly on my Acheron team and it’s just an added bonus that he is nihility! Also if only they let the HEALER fox heal, HE WOULD BE META. A healer debuffer with amazing vulnerability drops and ultimate damage increase!!! AMAZING

I really don't agree with BS > Jiaoqiu.

It's like comparing Ratio to Topaz. Is Ratio good? yes, absolutely, every player that got him for free should try to build him. But, compared to Topaz, who can fit into a lot more teams and is more future proof, It isn't even a question on who you should invest into.

I think sampo can be higher because he has his place in a break team since his breaking potential is very high and him activating the wind shears from his E4 serves pretty good if you going for break sampo.

I think you're underrating Luka a bit. He's definitely the worst of the 4 stars in a DoT team, but his real value is in Break teams where his element and Bleed procs give him extremely competitive damage, basically being a mini-Boothill.

Even with that I wouldn't put him that much higher, there are plenty of stronger break units available to most accounts, but he's solidly above Welt and Sampo imo.

Still amazed at how Pela aged so well. Immediately saw her potential with Resolution since launch. Glad the community grew to see her reliability too.

If Tingyun is HSR's Bennett, Pela is HSR's debuffing Xingqiu
