Honestly, before the NWH trailers, this was my most looked forward to superhero film. As someone who is relatively new to reading Batman comics, having only started early this year, this looks like everything I want out of a Batman movie

There’s just something about the cinematography and looks of this movie. It’s so majestic and yet so derelict. This is the city that I could fully see giving birth to something beautiful like Poison Ivy or something sinister like Scarecrow or Killer Croc

YES! The great thing about The Ridder is..you’re putting the world’s greatest detective up against a mad man who is typically purely intellectual. No fighting prowess, just brain power. It makes him one of the most dangerous foes Batman has ever faced because he is likely the only villain in the Rogues Gallery who has the true potential to defeat Batman with only the power of his mind. Matt Reeves is clearly taking this character to places we can’t even imagine..and this will seemingly become personal for Bruce..which makes the stakes higher than they’ve ever been for a Live Action Batman. I CANNOT WAIT!

I absolutely LOVE how menacing and intimidating the Riddler is here and for once can show off to everyone that he’s an actual threat. It’s so amazing how he seems to be in completely control over everything and looking down on the Batman.
Not even the comics show the riddler this much of a badass here! Love seeing this portrayal of him as an actual threat.
