From Rock Bottom to Freedom: A Journey from Victim to Empowered 🖤☀️

In this video, I share my personal journey of transformation, reflecting on a difficult period in 2020 when I felt trapped in cycles of suffering. Postpartum depression, anxiety, insomnia, over-reliance on cannabis, the heartbreak of ending my engagement, the isolation of the pandemic, and the pain of broken friendships—all contributed to a time that felt insurmountable. But with the Law of Assumption, reiki, yoga, and other healing modalities, I slowly built myself back up.

Last night, I had an unexpected encounter that highlighted how much I’ve grown. I was able to face unresolved tension from that challenging time without reacting, holding compassion for both myself and others. My journey has taught me that everything in life stems from my self-concept, and I have the power to respond in ways that support my growth and peace.

By taking responsibility for my experiences, I released myself from victimhood—opening doors to new opportunities and allowing me to reclaim my personal power. Through healing from within, I’m no longer weighed down by blame or resentment.
