Really great work there thank you. Just wanted to add, as a Realtor/ investor, Zillow, Redfin etc. will not show a home value if it is Off Market, or if it is on the market but the seller has chosen to not allow an automated valuation on their home. Also, Illinois also has quite a depressed state of their economy so parcels out there are super cheap. But you get what you pay for sometimes. Love to see what you can find in a desirable area! Anyway, great work and thank you for the lesson.

1k like! Funny you found one in the worst ghettos in Illinois, in the running with Harvey, Phoenix and Robbins(all Chicago ghetto burbs). $65k must have been a pretty nice place to pay that much. Lot in there is useless unless the neighbor wants to buy but probably a ghetto renter. If you could buy a couple blocks and start over maybe.
