With Nintendo Switch Online recently getting Gameboy support a new update has added a big title that people have been requesting for years. Out of nowhere over the weekend Bandai announced a major return for a Dragon Ball Z video game series.

Dragon Ball Z Budikai Tenkaichi 4 needs to have split screen in it. Not because everyone is going to use it. But because people who remember that game finally remember how big of a part that was, and may not supported if they can’t relive those days right away before heading online.

The fact that the switch can now play the original form of every mainline Metroid game is ecstatic.

People criticize the forms being counted separately but they should be because each transformation changed combos, specials, and even the finishers for every character. So effectively, base Goku has a different move set than ssj Goku, ssj2 Goku has a different moveset, and ssj3 Goku has a different moveset even though you transform into these states and they are all Goku.

Honestly thought the Tenkaichi 4 trailer was a joke fan made video until i saw Spawn Wave also talked about it, then i watched the video and got all kinds of goosebumps.

Holy Moses. Xenoverse has been a decent enough stand in, but Tenkaichi is the daddy, the big mommas house, the main man, the G.O.A.T.

Even if it trips up at the finish line, i'm never forgetting this feeling or the grin on my face

Does anybody else think it's weird that the PC versions of new games nowadays are the ones with the most bugs? PC is supposed to be the ideal gaming machine, yet it always has the most problems. At least with recent releases like Calisto Protocol, Wo Long, and even Elden Ring had PC problems at the beginning.

I know we're not supposed to talk about this, but real talk: Why wait for games that we love to come out on NSO when it's very, very easy and totally free to emulate them? For anyone who thinks it's complicated, it's really not anymore, especially if you just want one or two particular games. It's not worth the monthly subscription cost for NSO if you just want a few games. If you want these games on the go, they will run on any tablet or movile phone just as well as (and often better than) the original release. There are also great controllers out there that attach directly to your phone. Don't waste your time or money on NSO just for retro games when they're alreay available for free.

Where did you see the trailer announcement from Bandai all I see is rumors putting the trailer announcement for dragon ball z I only believe the publishers why would Bandai want to go back to Wii and PS2 games they got better dragon ball z games like dragon ball z fighters with a story with android 21 they need to release a dragon ball super game enough of dragon ball z that’s been going on since NES

Decapolice is the game the last direct got me most excited about. It being a new IP was a huge surprise and to see what Level 5 brings to the table.

Buzzing to see a new Budokai game announced but then I'm reminded of how many fighting games today will sell you a huge chunk of the roster separately. Some of the most fun moments from games like Budokai 3 were unlocking more of the characters. I hope the next one can use the same approach because I know that when I boot up a standard editon of the next game it would be a bit of a downer to see a bunch of iconic characters I played as a kid being locked behind paywalls.

Budikai Tenkaichi 2 was my absolute favorite, I played a lot of 3 as well, but it was the only DBZ game that felt like fighting looked in the anime. Super excited to have this back
