NASA api is EPIC! (Literally)

I had to build an interview project using a similar Mars API last month. These are fun projects. Not as fun when you don’t get the job tho.

I found this NASA API tonight and built a python script to find all EPIC Earth images and place them in files by day and currently with bad connection at about 2017. I planned to make a full animated collage of sorts from the first image to the present day. Even with multi threading, it is not a quick scrape. Hope I don't exceed my daily quota for my API Key (I think it is 10K per day?). So many wonderful API to choose from. Wish they had more!!

I think it’s the API that NASA uses in their app (yes, I’m also a space nerd so I have that app on my phone)
