Im having my 12promax right now and I don't think its worth the change with this year 16 promax. I'll only get new battery, camera and better performance. Considering I have no issue with current performance I don't think I need the new iPhone. I am so used to changing iPhone every 3 years from iPhone 4S to 6 to X and now 12 Pro max, I am so disappointed with Apple keeping the same design for the last 5 years. I just need new iPhone design for new experience...

Real change is visible if you are on the Fibonacci upgrade program! I have an iPhone 13 Pro and am waiting for my next upgrade; the iPhone 21 and I might be around to get the iPhone 34! By staying on the Fibonacci, I get real changes with every upgrade. I get the most stable and tested features that have persisted the longest and been completely debugged! Never mind the cost savings!

What do you think about the mem ? current iphone 16 has 8gb seems to be on the low end like the iphone 15.. Could we expect a mem bump for the pro line next year to 12 gig so 4 gig extra ???

I'm sticking with my 15 PM for the reasons that you mentioned plus a few others. Will probably get the 17 PM or 17 Ultra (whatever they name it). If rumors are true (big IF), we should get the features that you mentioned plus 12 gb ram and a new cooling system. Thanks for the video👍🏽

We've reached an age where smartphones are so good that we can afford to upgrade every 10 years.
I'm kidding to a certain extent, don't wait 10 years to change smartphones, but I think you get my point.
I will continue to use my Iphone 12, it is functional and has no problems, the cameras are very good and the battery is still at 84%, it lasts me all day for my use at work.
I confess I'm disappointed with the design, I'm tired of this “square” shape, I miss the design of the iPhone 11, it was so comfortable to hold in my hand.
