Thank you Kevin, this helped a lot. I've been doing medical transcription on my pc and I really counted on the word options proofing so that I could make as many medical terminology phrases with a couple of letters that would make it go so much quicker but you were right; I've been looking for hours now and there just is no option on the drop down for this function - I'm just thrilled that I found out how to single space my consultation letters and that's better than nothing.
