Because I'm darker (NC47), I don't buy from brands that don't include me, especially if they make base products. I love the gaudy gold packaging on the YSL lipsticks but I don't own any because they're foundation range is abysmal. I don't own anything from Natasha Denona. I was tempted to get the Lila paletta this coming black friday but you just reminded me why I don't buy from her.

I don’t like the ND palette. I like neutrals but I saw TRENDMOOD swatch it and SO MANY of the colors look the same. I hate when there’s palettes with duplicate shades within the palettes. If they look similar in the pan they will look too similar on the eyes. 👁

Beverly Hills 90210 was awesome. Brenda/Dylan/Kelly wasn’t even a thing until the summer season before season 3 started. Then it became one that basically defined the characters from there out. Also, it’s available via Netflix for the DVDs.

I love love love the mentality of sticking to buying from brands that really focus on inclusivity. I've tried to make this my motto recently: Our dollar is our vote. The brands you chose to spend your money on are the brands whose ideals you're promoting and encouraging. I've been buying cruelty-free now for maybe a year, and I'm going to start adding inclusivity as a requirement as well! Gotta make sure I'm supporting brands who ARE inclusive and making the brands that aren't doing enough work harder.

I scooped up the Coloured Raine Safari palette because it's beautiful and to support indie brands with black owners. When I was online last it was sold out, though ☹☹
(I also got the Juvia's Place coral palette as an "everyday" palette and a foundation stick. They are so good and am loving them!!)
