I would nerf the shield by removing their melee priority, decreasing the melee damage to 10, and decreasing the time it takes to recover from a melee. That way shields can be a more support option instead of a fragger

I'd nerf Monty from being able to sprint. And give Sheilds more bumps to kill someone or make them weaker in some way. Maybe add a cooldown to the bumping.

I’ve not played siege in 3 months & it’s been great, not died to a shield once & I’m console which like you pointed out makes them even worse to deal with.

Blitz should be the only one able to sprint with a shield. Your shield problem is now fixed.

I hate how when i fight shield ops they always manage to shrug off my melee hits but when im one they always manage to knock my shield to the side repeatedly

To neft the sheilds i would make them hame a 5 second cool down between melee attacts

make it so they can only knock people down if they're full sprinting and melees from standstill/walking do only 30 damage and only have a slight stumble affect to them (if the person is standing up). this makes shields have to ads to finish someone that is knocked over, exposing them to coverage

Shield rework wasn’t strictly a nerf, it definitely made them better but they’re also much healthier now because its not just rng and people trying to headshot
