I run social media for my school accessibility club and we sometimes share your content because you’re well spoken and your videos are informative. I truly appreciate all the work you do because not only is it informative, but it also helps us make our campus a more accepting and accessible place.

Yes! I was diagnosed with GBS last year and was paralyzed from my mouth down. I had to relearn how to do everything. From swallowing to walking. During my time in my electric wheelchair and doing to therapy, I was shocked how much stuff was not disability friendly. I was living in downtown Chicago at the time and so many places were not handicap accessible. Thank-you for making these amazing videos. 👏

Well said. Media is the biggest tool used as a resource for the youth. Having someone be a representation for those who need it.

Good for you! God knows people need to learn. I get all sorts of dumb questions, some of which I'll happily answer, others are just personal 🤨. My daughter has become less patient with personal questions and has taken to shouting at people who ask them. I don't need to discuss my bathroom issues with a stranger.

You are helping educate the world and It’s slowly getting through to people. I appreciate being offered assistance to load groceries or even my help with wheelchair. 95%of the time I kindly decline and the other 5% I appreciate it more than I can say because as we know the days that are 10/10 in major pain help is so incredibly nice. My pain is always a 9+ but some days I can’t tolerate it more.

I have been disabled all my life, we found out I'm almost deaf, I am 80% deaf in my right ear and 20% deaf in my Left.

I use hearing aids since 7 yo and haven't had great sound (like bass in headphones) in a while, and I got some headphones on in a store and almost cried at how good the bass is

what a silly question.
its helpful for people to know these things and while no one is obligated to share these things, its helpful for those willing to do so, to do so 🤷‍♂️

and yes it can definitely helpful to newly disabled people as well as just for educating the general public ❤❤❤

A lot of people forget that needing glasses means they're disabled and that they have impaired vision! It's rare to see a human without a disability of some kind, we just don't view them all equally

May I ask what program you got your service dog from because I’m getting one soon and I’m trying to find one that’s not trying to steal your money. Love your content btw. 😊😊
