Dear channel owner: You seem to have some electrical/electronical insight. I have an issue with overheating in dense traffic, which points at the fan not working. I checked out my fan relay (which has been relocated to the inside of the engine bay), and to my surprise it felt hot. Not very hot, but just about to be unpleasent to touch/hold. The parts around it were much cooler. I don't believe a relay should get this hot by it self - doesn't this indicate a poor connection in the contact points and thus a faulty relay? Thanks.
