There are 53 seats in LL.M. course being offered by ILI. At least she should have corrected you. In Jamia there are 30 (Regular) + 30 (Self Financed) seats, another mistake in this video. Further, there has been no change in overall seats in these programs since 2019. The last change being made due to EWS reservation. Considering 50% seats under general category the actual number of available seats is much more than what she mentioned.
