Would you rather have the S5 or my hoodie? -RR

Ah yes 3 screens and customizable tail lights is what everyone has been looking for.

Why didn’t they keep their old naming structure? A for the regular ones. S for the sporty ones. RS for the mental ones. Then call the electric ones E. The really fast ones can be ES4 or ERS6 or RS4E.

New cars are getting worse and worse, all manufacturers think the way to go is all piono black dust magnets and unnecessary screens everywhere

I like it but why are companies now putting screens for passengers, nobody likes screens and adding more is just making interiors look cheaper

Screens never made a car feel more premium imo

Why do so many companies do this? An old adage is very relevant here: STAY IN YOUR LANE.
You built your brand with very specific classes of vehicles and yet you choose an unforced error and take it upon yourselves to mix-n-match and make everything unnecessarily complicated. There is no upside here, whoever made this decision needs to find different careers because you mangled this one bad. Beyond that, I like the style in general, and as always a great review.

If you are playing video games on a car, then I just have a word to say:

Get out

Those front air vent surrounds are comically bad looking. The majority of cars coming out of Germany now are from a design perspective, absolutely dreadful.

£68k! I guess they're passing the £15k fine for not meeting EV targets onto the customer.

That new Audi naming scheme is so stupid. Decades of building brand recognition down the drain. And the resulting cars are a yawn fest. Why?!?

The interior is terrible imo, the screens look awful

Car companies really need to quit it with the naming re-conventions. A4/A6/A8 is clear and this car will always be "the new A4" - and this is also from their heyday of the 2000-2010's. Audi has been slipping ever since. Audi, you worked hard for this - the public to understand and appreciate your lineup. The A5 was a well-loved model.

Naming mishaps can ruin a car company. As an example, here in the US, the Infiniti G35 was iconic and a big success over multiple generations. Ever since Infiniti changed their naming convention, the brand has failed. Audi, don't do the same thing.

I'm glad it's a wagon but I'll miss the coupe

Im not a fan of where Audi has gone now in terms of styling and especially interiors. A big step down from my 2014 S4 tbh. Not a fan of the new model naming structure either... dumb. Why do these German manufacturers have to make it so damn complicated?

Enough with the dumb lights gimmicks; I do not want to pay £68k for a Christmas tree. Audi needs focus more on driving dynamics and better materials (get rid of all the plastic).

In the age of SUVs, seeing a new estate/Avant, is quite refreshing

Yep. More evidence manufacturers are definitely producing wildly overpriced vehicles their traditional customer base don’t want…
