You guys, my friend Joe Wicks (who you might know as The Body Coach) flew ALL THE WAY to LA FROM ENGLAND to do Day 8 of the 100 Ab Challenge! Ok kidding, but we're both really excited!! Ready for some roll ups?

It's so nice to actually see somebody in this challenge actually struggling! Everybody else seemed to have no problem with it.

that was the worst one, and by the worst i mean the best! so killer! it's crazy that people think pilates is easy because it's mostly mat work!

Not gonna lie, I started this challenge mid month (March 25th) and was questioning my decision instead of waiting until today April 1st. I am proud to say that I am on Day8 and don't plan on stopping. Also in case other people are reading this and are wondering about other people's progress. This morning was the first morning I woke up with any pain, my sides are in so much pain but it makes me happy because I then know that I'm doing something right :) Keep goin guys, it's never to late to start💜💜💜

Been doing this since Jan. Still here, feeling great, looking really good. I turned 65 last month and I made it all the way through this today. I'm proud of myself!
