SUPER SLEEP SOUNDS ( Try Listening for 5 Minutes ) Om Chant Fan Sound + Black Screen For Sleeping

I hope you enjoy this video! To get started, I sound a 432 hertz tuning fork at the beginning of the video. This sound has been referred to by many as the earth frequency or the sleep frequency as it is claimed to have many positive attributes. One of which is improved sleep. The second sound in the video is my own favorite vintage fan from the 1950's, that happens to be all metal. Fans of the modern era just don't have the same sound.

To cap off this sleep video, I then do something I've never done before in any of my sleep videos. I give my best om chant, through an 8 foot long pipe for additional reverb. The om sound is supposedly the background sound of the universe, and is claimed to have many positive attributes to it as well. Also it just happens to sound very similar to the deep humming of a fan sound! Do a little research on the om chant, along with the 432 hertz frequency, and comment to let me know your thoughts. Here is a short equipment list that we use to create all of these relaxing sleep videos which includes, but is not limited too the following. Multiple Go Pro's, A Nikon 7500, a trusty Tascam DR-100 Mk3 for most of the audio recordings in mp3 format, a range of microphones including a Sure 57 for that deep, low end sound. For the final production of both video and audio I use only Adobe Premiere Pro. If you have any questions about how I recorded something, just ask.

Randall you did it again you took me back to over 50 years when I was a freshman in college. Psychology was my minor. It was my favorite subject and I had a teacher named Jim Richards. And he taught and we had the chance to learn meditating and the um chant was so relaxing when the whole class would be involved. This tape is spot on. Thanks Randell.
