Mom Turns in Her Son for Allegedly Attacking a Woman: Cops

An 81-year-old grandmother was attacked while shopping at a Minnesota Walgreens. Video of the incident showed the alleged thief grab Judy Stuthman’s purse and drag her to the concrete. She was left with a concussion and spent the holidays in the hospital with bleeding on her brain. Video of the incident was so disturbing that the suspect’s own mother turned him in after seeing it, but she later recanted her story, saying her son was home at the time of the attack.

Mom is getting called a snitch and is being bullied no doubt is why she’s changing her story. She was right and very brave to turn him in. I feel sorry for her. It seems either way she’s viewed as being wrong. Stand strong mom. It was the right thing to do.

Of course her son was now magically home when this occurred, after she realized how much trouble and jail time he'd be facing. Sad. God bless that woman, I hope she's back to 100 percent

This made me so mad.. My grandmother fell a few months ago barely bumped her head but at her age and being on blood thinners couldn’t stop the bleed and she passed.. People do not realize a fall like this at that age could’ve killed her and he should honestly be charged with more than assault and robbery..
