"Most of the organizers in Mississippi were opposed to the idea of the Mississippi Summer Project, which meant essentially bringing down, I think the number we were talking about was roughly 1,000 students. I was one the people who was opposed to Freedom Summer."

so looking forward to this new docu on Mississippi Freedom Project. Eyes on the Prize is still at the foremost in my heart, but I have high hopes for this new interpretation fifty years later.
