The texture would drive me insane. I would either have to have it grinded smooth, or put siding on it. Id have to coat the outside in an epoxy incase there are air pockets

Yes, id buy all day! it's made out of concrete vs breakable wood frame. Way better and way more accurate vs some labor workers who may or may not be spot on in measuring

How to you fix cracked walls? Or electrical and plumbing problems in the walls? Do they chip out holes in walls and cement them again? Would you have inconsistant colors of cement in the house if that happened? I dont know anything about construction or cement. Doesnt cement expand and contract? Hows that going to work in these houses? I have so many questions and feel like a mobile home would be more sustainable than these houses.
