For those who don't understand: guns are firearms. Firearms shoot people. Presumably if you're close enough to see it, you won't have time to run away before getting shot. So what he's saying is get closer to increase your odds of survival in a struggle. If you're within grappling range you can potentially take the gun or at least redirect it so it can't shoot you. Whereas a knife is best used close up, so just run, he can't hurt you if you're out of reach.

The fact you let someone get that close to you with a gun is crazy. If someone has a gun they’re not getting close unless they are deadass going to shoot you, in that case, if you are unarmed, pray or act gay.

If someone has a gun and your able to get as close ass possible you may be able to initiate a struggle and keep the muzzle pointed away from you, if you run youll just make an easier target as it’s commonly a longer range weapon. You dont want to struggle over a knife cuz youre gonna cut especially since it’s an intimate range. This is explained in greater detail in tomorrows long video. Available on YouTube.

9 out of 10 times they start stabbing you as soon as they are near you. They never show the knife or attack from a distance. In all my personal experiences they always attack when they are near you. Learn to keep your distance .
