As a fellow martial arts instructor I’d encourage you to post videos of you performing these full speed with BB guns - yes this stuff can work but I don’t think some of these specific skills you show would. But I’ve been wrong before and I’ll always give benefit of doubt. either way for these to work you need to constantly train day in day out on them I’d recommend you tell people that so they stop shitting on you so hard. Some of your stuff is good and from what I can tell you do good work mostly but I’d encourage you to use a high velocity airsoft gun with body armor to simulate an actual scenario to stress test these - you’d either find out they actually are too complicated or too slow or you’d be able to shut up all the commenters

Your whole lecture completely falls apart with "as soon as he sees you move he's going to pull the trigger" so the only defense is to block the hammer?... so how do you get your hand on the hammer without moving... I know I'm not that fast!

How would you go about it with an integrated hammer? (Glocks are extremely popular for example) Most situations that end up like this are robberies, not executions, so I would think the best *survival* strategy would be to give them all they ask for (toss it away) and leave. Most robbers do not wish for the crime to escalate.
