Hi, I'm a Kai'Sa mid OTP and today I'm doing an in-depth review of one of Faker's games. Sorry about the random cuts and pauses, I had to edit out every instance of Faker using his F-keys so that people watching the video wouldn't get a headache.

I would add that those runes are pretty suboptimal. HoB is a cheese rune, you don't get much value from it overall and the domination tree is pretty bad too; ToB only useful early and Ravenous is just bad ( Q always count as AOE and even if you do 1000 dmg with W that's only 60 heal). Cookies is a worst version of Mana Flow and Gathering is completely broken on AP Kai'sa.
Since they have Poke + Burst it would be way better to take Fleet > Overheal/PoM > Alacrity/Tenacity > Coup de Grave/Last stand into Mana flow + Gathering. Way better scaling + added survivability. Fleet at 3 items is a 250/270 heal every 4/5s, Overheal easily give 150 extra shield.

For ex in this game : Mana flow would allow him to buy 1 Longsword + Amp tome instead of 2 Ls, with 114 stack + Mana + Crystal + LS ( he would have full stack Mana flow easily ) you are at 99 instead of the 94, so the level up give you Q evo. The dmg would be the same but you are ahead for your W evo.
