cBioPortal Tutorial Series: Navigating a single study

This tutorial demonstrates navigation within single cancer study on the cBioPortal. An orientation of the study Summary tab describes the type of data that can be displayed on this page and how to add and remove charts and tables displayed on the study Summary tab. Navigation to the Clinical Data tab within in single study reveals specific demographic and genomic data for individual patients within a study.
