I have a breakup story. My senior year in high school, I thought I’d was dating this woman but it turns out she was one of those “diggers.” We supposedly “dated” for over a month. One day, we were in class and dumped me in front of everybody and everybody laughed at me. To this day I can still hear their laughters. It wasn’t savage but also a nice revenge because I’m doing better than she is today! 😊

I tend to break up in person, but in a public place where they won’t react violently or make too big of a scene, and if they do at least I have eyewitnesses. I rarely break up right on the spot, unless I caught them cheating or it was a “last straw” situation and I say it as an angry outburst. I don’t believe in breaking up over email, text, or phone unless I am unable to meet with them in person.

There's been some construction off and on at the high school across the street from me, although I think they've temporarily stopped. They tore down sections of the old building and erected a brand new one. Some days it's annoying but others not so much.

@joce The batman reference is form the dark knight series, when Alfred said he can't do it any more and leaves bruce wayne. Thats part of his little speach he gives bruce. Then at the end of the movie, they do see each other sat outside a french restaurant.

Glad texting wasn't a thing when I was young lol
I had a BF my first year of university who had great timing. He dumped me 2 weeks after I lost a friend (unfortunately by her own hand) & 2 weeks before my birthday. He 'considerately' picked an evening I had a friend over so that I'd have 'support.' What a crock lol
Then he was surprised when a few months later we accidentally bumped into each other. He was leaving work, my father had arrived to pick me up from a movie. Surprised him my father gave him a look to freeze ice & wouldn't talk to him🤦‍♀️
