And hospitals are government medical facilities (or funded by the government)

All the elevators in my city use screens that run on windows 95, I even got a picture when one of em glitched out :D

In Bangladesh, at an airport I’ve been, the identify checking officers had computers running on Windows 7.

The actual "unbloated" version of Windows is called Windows Enterprise LTSC-N. BUT I don't recommend using this for gaming because it's not only missing the "bloat" but important .dll files that's required for most games.

Fun fact: the government actually pays windows quie a bit to keep running windows XP, since they do still use it
