Absolutely terrible instructions first tell you the tool comes with already pre-installed "collet." Really?

It's a shame that the battery of this tool is not interchangeable with the battery of the older line of 4-volt tools. What happened to the "interchangeable" batteries promise?

Instructions came in sections, unusable but at least in three different languages !

pretty sure my collet is broken out of the box how hard can this be its literally just the nose of a drill or driver this should be no revolution lol

It would be great if these duplicated the tek4 tools such as the right angle driver, drill, non contact thermometer, etc.

I think there was this idea that like oh we'll make an interchangeable collet so if it breaks users dont have to buy a new tool or send it in for repairs they can just replace the collet

but what really happened is ryobi realized they could make more money by selling us more collets for 1/5th the combined tool and battery price
