I'm getting back into model railroading and I'm thinking this is just what I need for working in plastic and wood models and even some plaster carving.

It looks like the Dremel Lite 7760, power seems same too, big difference is that Ryobi has removable battery while my Dremel Lite does not.

I am not a big fan of 4v rotary tools. You don't get much power with 4v. There are 12v rotary tools that would do a better job unless ypu are spcifically looking for a low power tool. I normally like Ryobi tools, but I don't think I will be buying that one, certainly not at that price.
