Blast or someone working with Blast could be Mumen Rider's dad. When Mumen was talking with saitama once he said his dad used to say "when the time comes, don't go expect someone to come save you". This was the same thing blast said to Tatsumaki once.

The "future Saitama" one makes sense as a scrapped idea, that didn't actually pan out. The Mumen Rider one feels like trolling. But the one of him being Saitama's father is interesting. The timelines match up, the hair looks the same, all of it. I just wonder who Saitama's mother was.
