The butter adds texture and richness and combines perfectly with the Bacardi 8 Year Old rum and fruity notes of apple and apricot. You'll need aged rum, apricot brandy, honey, cloudy apple juice, an orange, butter, nutmeg and cloves. Garnish with a lemon zest.

Rich, is there a way to making this in a bar, no stoves and saucepans there...Like can I make a large batch at home then add it to some cups at work when ordered with some boiling water or steam it?
