Hot Buttered Rum Batter
1 LB Butter (454 Grams)
1 LB Brown Sugar (454 Grams)
1 LB Confectioners Icing Sugar (454 Grams)
Quart of Softened Vanilla Ice Cream (1 Liter)
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg

Mix the butter, Brown Sugar and icing sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir until melted and fully combined.
Remove from heat and add mixture into Kitchenaid Blender with softened ice cream, ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend well.
Store in a sealed, glass container in the freezer.

1 TBSP (I use 2) of mixture
2 oz Rum (whatever makes you happy... white rum, dark rum, amber rum...)
fill the remaining area of mug with boiled water.
garnish with nutmeg.
