Early Morning Breakfast Breakfast Quesadilla

Shabu and I were up before the rest of the family today, which means that we get to share a quick breakfast quesadilla. I don't know where my snacking and quick-meal life would be without flour tortillas and a cheese grater, but I'd certainly be thinner.

By the way, I started a Patreon account. Currently 100% of the money will go towards feeding needy families in my community, here in San Mateo. Lots of kids are out of school and parents are out of work, which means lots of families are going to be hurting. RIP Shabu, you were the best. This is the first of Kenji's videos I watched during lockdown, and I so looked forward to them at a time when closed restaurants meant that we were only eating what we cooked. It has been 2.5 years since then, and while most of us are now "used to" Kenji putting out so many great videos, I just want to say thank you for helping so many of us get through it.
