my local business is actually accidentally advertising in other countries bcs of the tourism in my city what is really the solution to this change?

there's always error message when i created detailed targeting, it says some detailed targeting options that are either no longer available or arne't available when excluding people from an audience. You may need to remove items from your detailed targeting or confirm the changes to turn it back is very annoying, but it does not tell me to remove what audience, what shall we do?
