Hurricane Ida Cleanup: NY Flooding Leaves Cars and Trucks Stranded

Sep.03 -- It's still hard to get around parts of New York City after the remnants of Hurricane Ida swept through. This is video of flooding on the Major Deegan Expressway Thursday afternoon in the Bronx. Many vehicles were stranded, and still partially submerged.
