There's not a lot that will make people panic and freak out but usually having a medical emergency or needing the police and also when you're power goes out so thank you lineman and everyone who already said something about it.

Lived in Miami when Hurricane Andrew hit. Can remember like it was yesterday. Having to live in these conditions are unspeakable.
Please know there are many thinking of you and the hardships you must be facing.

Hypocrites.

I understand feeling connected to a place, loving it and not wanting to leave but this is sheer ignorance and stubbornness beyond reasonableness. Why would you keep cleaning up, rebuilding storm after storm?!?! To hear people say they have been through it over and over just doesn't make good sense at all. Clearly they get some kind of rush and satisfaction from reliving the same nightmare.

Don't forget to "report" the looting and fighting in line for gasoline. Just keep propping up 46. Had it been a PONTUS of another party, you would be lambasting that person 24/7.

Dont worry, Louisiana...you are as safe in Uncle Joey's hands as an Afghani interpreter

I'd like to say i feel sorry for all the tragedy Ida caused but the truth is i don't, next time listen to the scientists instead of listening to ignorant politicians and/or your local snake handler.

More people. More buildings. More destruction. . . Less intelligent use of natural resources. Less common sense. Less compassion. Sad state of affairs .
