I understand feeling connected to a place, loving it and not wanting to leave but this is sheer ignorance and stubbornness beyond reasonableness. Why would you keep cleaning up, rebuilding storm after storm?!?! To hear people say they have been through it over and over just doesn't make good sense at all.
